Possibility of itunes radio standalone app

I'm wondering if there is any possibility apple will release a standalone itunes radio app before ios 7 comes out; maybe like an app that can be used up until the release then the app gets disabled when ios 7 is released

I doubt that would happen. My guess is we're about 2 months away from iOS 7 so it will be available soon enough.
