Possible 4.1 Bug

Hey guys I had this problem in 4.1 beta 3 and now the GM version. I am running on an iphone 4.

Go to your phone app,Then go to your favorites tab,Then tap the add button,Then go to the search feature in your contacts tab and search for any contact,after that click the contact and try to add them to your favorites list. Does your phone app crash as soon as you try to add a contact to the favorites?
Now you must search for the contact and not scroll through.

Anyone that is running 4.1 please let me know if you have this problem to,I did submit a bug report but apple said they couldn't find the problem.

Yes it happens to me.
 
I just tried this on my IP4 running 4.1 GM. Followed your directions exactly. No crash. Sorry.
 
If it happens for some and not others, I'd be thinking that it is something in the contact record (some field or facetime or something). I'd recommend putting in a mock contact (document all the details). Test it out, if it fails, restart the phone and try it. If it still happens, post the info on the mock contact record here and we can see if we can consistently duplicate it as well.

Hate to sound like a broken record here, but multiple deveoper phones and we can not relicate the issue. Did you resotore from backup or a fresh install ?
 
Actually, a hard reset solved the issue for me. odd... I will test in a week or so, to see if there is something that goes corrupt.
 
Happens to me as well. 4.1 GM.

It only seems to happen when a contact only has one piece of information (like one phone number or one email address).

Confirming this. It happends to contacts that just have one piece of info. Like a solo phone number or a solo email address. It selects contacts with multiple pieces of info just fine.
