possible 4s to 6s itunes restore?

Is it possible to do itunes backup restore from 4s to 6s? They're running the same ios 9.0.2, but there are some missing options in the 4s that's available on the 6s. I assume those options will be on its default settings when transfer over to the new 6s.
Who's done this before?
