I'd take it to an Apple Store and explain the problem. If it isn't broken because of accidental damage and you have AppleCare, they should fix it.
 
I can't imagine that being the result of anything other than damage, and Apple is likely to feel the same. If you truly didn't damage it (and no one else did either), then you may have a difficult time convincing them. Hopefully you have better luck than I'm expecting.
