Possible bug? iTunes thinks my iCal events have changed when syncing iPhone

I don't know if this issue has been brought up by another user, but since using lion iTunes always thinks my iCal events are different from my iPhone's iCal..

I did not modify the "581" events iTunes thinks I did...

Did anybody else experience this?
