Possible bug with 5.0.1 jailbreak

Hey guys,

Wondering if anyone has a similar issue as me. Occasionally when I leave an app it won't go to the home screen. It changes the status bar colors as if it thinks it's on the homescreen and even if I slide to the left spotlight pops up. It will just have a background of the app I was just in and won't show my apps. If I pull up the task bar and close out of it then it goes to te homescreen. Just wondering if anyone has similar issue or knows a fix. I don't have a ton of tweaks but I imagine winterboard to be the cause. Thanks for any help.
