It was not working for me, so I tried a few steps and this so far has let me connect my iPad again to wifi.

I first cleared out my safari history, and cache and cookies
I then reset my network settings
then I resynched my iPad with iTunes

That did the trick. If you dont want to do the first two sets, try just plugging into itunes and click synch. That may be the key.

*EDIT**
Nevermind, it was connected for about 15 mins now its not again. GRRRR
