iPhone Possible fix for the XS stuttering after inactivity bug?

According to the article, going into Settings > Accessibility > Zoom and turning off “Follow Focus” has completely solved the issue for several people. I haven’t gone looking for any difference as it never really bothered me much to begin but the 1000+ reply thread shows a lot of people are.

For iOS 13 there is no work ground . I have a Xs max and I’m not happy at all . I see stuttering everywhere, lags , glitches ... I think that apple is hiding this bug with stutters and they refuse to give us any work ground or answers . Xs max is a beautiful capable machine but apple distroy it . Maybe they will fix this stutter in the fall , but nobody knows
