Possible Graphics Problem on MacBook Pro?

My friend got his MacBook Pro (Newer version with the black bezel around the screen) in December 2009 and he saw this article on MacRumors and was really worried-

His MacBook Pro runs at 2.4Ghz and has the 9400 and 9600 (Dual graphics card) config, so he wants to know if he's affected.

No, it is only for Macbook Pros with the 8600M GT.
