possible iphone 4s specs?

hi i am not trying to get attention with this thread but i am asking do you think these specs are possible with the next iPhone 4s/iPhone 5 :

dual core A5 processor possibly dual core A6 since A6 iPad is plausible in 2012 February

I think 512MB or 1GB is plausible
no 4g (obviously)
64 gb of storage highly plausible
tapered edge
3.5-4.2 inches screen

these are just guesses so you can't call me a troll
btw any feed back on other plausible features appreciated

3.5-4.2 inches screen Pretty vague, it definitely won't get any smaller, probably no larger than 4
