I've been experiencing problems with my MacBook (2007 Macbook White. 2.16 Ghz, stock 1GB RAM. Upgraded to 2GB in Apple Store and upgraded the hard drive to a Hitachi 320GB manually.-I'm down to 13GB of hard drive storage, as a matter of fact. Not so sure if it would affect this)
It gets stuck in sleep mode quite often. It used to just happen when I put my Mac into deep-sleep using a Dashboard widget but it had just happened again when I just shut the lid of my Mac to put it into sleep mode.
The indication light would just freeze and become permanently lighted, which suggests that it's stuck in sleep/crashed. (Normally in sleep mode, the indication light would phase in and out, but for this situation, like I said above, it got "stuck" and would not respond unless I hold the power button to shut it down.)
I'm not sure what this bodes. Possible hardware failure or is it software based?
Thanks in advance,
Rekhyt
