Looks like a Vietnamese website briefly posted the info, then pulled it. Anyways the specs are:

GT104 chip
3584 shaders "same as 1080ti"
16gb of GDDR6 "not sure how much better than GDDR5X"
256-bit memory bus with 14gbs
MSRP $1,530

If this is real any bets on how much faster it will be than a 1080ti FE, or a standard OC one? Is it Volta architecture?

MSRP more like maximum suggested retail price instead of manufacturer's suggested retail price.
 
Will be interesting to see how the prices go... GPU prices finally came back down to Earth not too long ago.
