Possible reason as to why I haven't received my shipping info?

So I'm an AT&T Premier customer, and I ordered on Saturday at approx. 2PM EST. I've been in the pre-order stage since early yesterday, and I called Premier today hoping to find out an estimated ship/delivery date but they were pretty much useless. Then it dawned on me; maybe the reason that it hasn't progressed any further is because the transaction is still pending?

Or am I wrong?

They sold 200,000 of them. That's a lot of paperwork and preparation. Don't freak out for a day or two. I ordered from Apple and am still "preparing for shipment."

You probably haven't received any shipping info because you ordered so late and it isn't going to be shipped for Friday.
