I don't have access to a mac for the next 10 days so I was hoping someone could help me with this: turn on dark mode, open Safari and go to this image http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-lm4Vl90Oo.../s1600/Paris-Eiffel-Tower-and-Seine-River.jpg Are the sides of the image white or grey/black? I noticed on an iPad, when you're viewing image URL's in Safari, the background/surrounds are white, I hope this isn't the case in Safari when dark mode is turned on

(in Firefox and Chrome on Windows, the background/surrounds are very dark grey, I just checked)

Thanks for checking this for me! Now, how do we report this to Apple so they can fix it? I'm pretty sure the sides should be dark when macOS is in dark mode

Gosh. Does anyone know of a member of the Safari team on twitter? Maybe we can reach out to them there?

apple doesn't work that way (sadly). your best bet is to fill in the form on the feedback page. but really, if thousands of people aren't asking for it (and even if they are), you won't see it... unless apple deems it worthwhile.

who knows? maybe with 10.15...

Is there a feedback/issue reporter in the Safari Technology Preview? If so, maybe we can report it there. (I've never actually downloaded Safari Technology Preview so I don't know. I'm still away from home for the rest of the week)
