Possible shortcut to Connect to Server in Finder

I am able to network to a PC from my PowerBook G4 using Tiger 10.4.10.

Is there a way to create a shortcut of any kind to access Connect to Server under Go in Finder without being in Finder?

You can drag an "alias" of the network mounted volume to your Dock (right side).

If you just want to use the keyboard, you can simply Command-Tab over to Finder and then hit Command-K to bring up the "Connect to Server" window.s
