Possible site for Melbourne-Australia Apple Retail Store

I was on the tram the other day going past Federation Square in Melbourne yesterday and noticed an Apple store which looks to be in the middle of renovations and has a massive amount of floor space. It also seems to be in a prime location across from fed square and Flinders Street station. Could this be the Melbourne location? Do any Aussies out there know any more about this store?
