Possible Spam caller ID

I have T-Mobile as the carreir.

Recently I have started to see in caller ID show "Possible Spam".
Is this an Apple thing or Carrier thing?

It's a carrier thing. AT&T has an app that will do that. Don't know about T-Mobile.
