Possible to auto-boot virtual machine with Fusion 3?

Hi All,

I'd like my Windows 7 virtual machine to automatically boot up as Snow Leopard boots up. I want this so that I can click on windows apps in the Fusion list at anytime without having to remember to go through the virtual machine bootup process.

Is there a way to make that work?
Also, is there a way to set it so you don't have to type in your mac password during that process?
