Possible to automatically backup to iCloud and iTunes?

iCloud backups are convenient, but iTunes backups are better and more complete. (not to mention more secure!)

Is it possible to have iTunes backup every time you sync with iCloud backup enabled as well?

EDIT: To clarify, basically what I'm wondering is if there's a secret plist option for iTunes to force this, or if there's a way to maybe schedule it using an AppleScript?
