Possible to burn DVDs to iPod?

Is it possible for me to burn a DVD image *.dmg file to an iPod Mini and have it act as if it was really a DVD?

To play back on the computer? Aka you're using the iPod as a HD, not a music player, right? I think it would be better to convert the DVD to divx or avi or something and then put it on the iPod. A .dmg would be HUGE, but after you unDMG'd the .dmg, mplayerosx can play Video_TS folders.

I basically have a 2.35 GB DMG file that needs to be burned to a DVD, but I don't have a DVD player.

Ohhhhhhhh I think toast can burn that for you if you got a DVD burner or brought it to someone's house with a DVD burner. No matter what though, I think you would need to unDMG it.
