Possible to burn equalizer settings to MP3 CD?

I'm using iTunes 10.6.3 (I know it's old, but I can't update anymore on this computer) and would like to know if it's possible to burn equalizer presets onto an MP3 CD (i.e. so that when I play the CD in my car, the songs play with the equalizer preset settings). If iTunes cannot do this, do you know of any other software that can?

Just any kind of software for example djay on Mac App Sotre would do.

I don't have access to the Mac App store. Is there any other way I can get that software? Also, is it free?
