I like to turn off "Automatically rearrange spaces based on most recent use" because them juggling seemingly randomly drives me a bit crazy. However, when doing this, all fullscreen applications open all the way to the right instead of to the right of the current desktop. (Ex: Safari in desktop 1, 4 desktops open to the right of it, YouTube fullscreen becomes the 6th space instead of 2nd) Is there any way to change this?

If not I guess I'll just bite the bullet and learn to live with the automatic spaces rearrangement which does operate how I like with fullscreen.

BUMPING THIS

This is probably my biggest annoyance with macOS at the moment. Someone please tell me there's a secret command I can run or app I can use to counter this.
