Possible to change Skype Style/Theme ?

So I have used Skype for several years now and have gotten a little bored of the style on Mac. It doesn't interest me at all, even thought this isn't the main focus when using Skype. I looked at this article and wanted to try it out, but it doesn't seem to work. Anyone managed to get this working?

@Amuzed91 – I'm actually the one that posted that theme originally, but it seems like Skype did away with custom themes in a recent update. I should update my post to point that out. Sorry about that!
