Possible to connect Lightning headphones to Mac somehow?

Just wondering.
I just grabbed some Lightning headphones and am pretty happy with the digital connection.

However, I want to use them with my Mac. If I have to carry two pairs of headphones around... it's not the end of the world. But, is there any sort of reverse dongle for this (yet)?
