possible to hand off phone call?

I know I can place a phone call from my iPad. Is there any way to hand off a call from iPhone to iPad or vice versa?

I don't think you can handoff from iPhone to iPad or Mac. You can handoff from iPad or Mac back to iPhone. On the iPhone, there is a green bar at the top of the screen when a call is active on another device. Simply tap that green bar and the call is picked up on the iPhone.
