Possible to make MacBook screen smaller?

Hey, so the screen on my 15.4"-inch macbook is messed up now because the pixels on the right inch of the screen, and the pixels on the bottom inch of the screen are shot (caused by a small crack in the bottom-right corner). I was wondering if it is possible to make the display "smaller", essentially making the mac think it is a 13"-14" mac instead.

No, sorry. It will automatically try to expand the image to fill the physical screen. See if it’s possible to have the screen replaced, or to replace it yourself depending on warranty status and the amount of money you’re prepared to spend.
