Is it possible to backup only one app and have everything fresh on the 5S? I was one of the lucky few to purchase iTether before it was pulled from the App Store. If I delete the app on my phone, I cannot re-download it from the store since it i sno longer available.

I have it backed up onto iTunes but it is backed up with all of my settings. If I buy a 5s, can I install it brand new and then connect it to iTunes and only bring that one app over?

Yes, when you plug it in simply set up as a new phone and then when you sync make sure the only thing that has a checkmark by it is the app you want.

But if you have any data / setting in the app, that won't transfer over if you do it this way.

Not that I need it for iTether, but don't apps save settings and scores in the cloud? Like Angry Birds or Candy Crush? Or am I wrong?
