Hi everyone... I had a pretty important picture on my iphone that I lost when doing a restore from backup, and I was wondering if there's ANY possibility of getting it back (that perhaps it's still somewhere on the phone).

I had upgraded my 3GS to iOS4 and it went smoothly... no issues until I tried to use the iPod on the phone. It just kept shutting down. After spending some time with an Apple tech, I ended up doing a restore--backed up pretty much everything but like an idiot completely forgot about the pictures on the phone--I rarely used the camera except for stupid shots here and there, but like I said, I had one picture that I really am upset about losing.

Am I out of luck? Is there anything I can do?

Thanks in advance...

Get Iphone Backup extractor. It will change a specified backup into a SQLlite file, which can then be read and should enable you to get stuff out.
