Got a new iMac. Want my library on my iMac to be the same as my old Mac. Can I just replace my iPhoto '08 library on the new iMac with the old iPhoto '06 library? Will there be any bad things happen.

I want to do this to save all my old titles and comments on all my pictures.

P.S. Can I do the same with my iTunes libary?

Thanks

So, to clarify, you want to import your iPhoto and iTunes libraries from your old machine to your new one?

Yeah, you can do that, just copy your entire iTunes and iPhoto folders to the new machine and open up iTunes and iPhoto.

If they don't work instantly, try opening the app with the option key pressed which will give you the option of choosing your library file, select your imported library file and bingo.

Yea, that's exactly what I want. Thanks a bunch.
