I've got the 3G, and my wife inherited my old iPod Touch 1G at the same time.
Now, she's going to be leaving TMobile and joining the dark side to get a new iPhone (technically she'll get my 3G and I'll get her new 3Gs since we'll be swapping SIM cards), but she doesn't want to lose her game progress and other info... is it possible for her to restore the 3G from her latest iPod Touch backup, and keep her valuable Peggle trophy?
I don't think it'll be an issue using the 3G backup and transfer from the 3G to the 3Gs, but wasn't sure about transference from iPod to iPhone... anybody know? My guess is it won't be an issue, but wanted to verify before trying...
