Possible to retrieve my contact details?

I have done a clean install of beta3 and setup as a new phone, how can I sync my old ios6 contact details on itunes onto the new ios7?

that clean install stuff is crap, resetting all settings/network settings is easier and saves tons more time.

I agree, I'm just wanting to know if there's another way of restoring contacts.

just login with your Apple ID. Your icloud contacts and photos will come over. (assuming you are using icloud)
