Sorry if this is a dumb question, but is it possible to switch iphone 5 colours at a rogers store or with apple? I'm in a 3 yr plan with rogers. Willing to pay extra fees if needed

If you are in your grace period, otherwise, no.

An alternative, find someone who wants your color and exchange with them, however, that has a downside as well as in: do they care of their phone, issues, etc.
