Possible to sync iCal, iPhone, and Outlook calenders?

I'm new to MobilMe and I was just wondering if this is possible. I use a macbook at home and a PC at work. I've set up Mobilme to sync with my iPhone and iCal at home. Can I now add my Outlook calendar at work with the others? I don't really use the Outlook calendar but I would like to start if I can sync all three together. Thanks!

I do exactly this. Just make sure you have the MobileMe control panel installed on windows and set it to sync with Outlook.
