Possible to sync multiple iPads on one computer?

We have 2 ipads in our household and only 1 mac. Is it possible to sync 2 or more ipads to itunes without overwriting anything on each of our iPads?

Of course it is! As far as music goes, just make separate playlist and sync theme. For apps just sync only checked apps and then just pick what you want synced.
