Possible to touch-drag on MBP like on iMac Magic Touchpad?

Got a new 15" MBP recently and have been trying to figure out all the new changes since my last Mac purchase 9 years ago.

One thing that I really loved on the iMac with Magic Trackpad is that I could do everything without ever having to physically *click* on the trackpad - including 3 finger drag.

I have looked and for the life of me can't find the same setting on the MacBook Pro trackpad - is this really no longer an option??

Is there at least some kind of third party software that will allow the same functionality??

System Preferences -> Accessibility -> Mouse & Trackpad -> Trackpad Options -> enable dragging "three finger drag"
