Was just wondering if this is possible. I'm not sure if one of my lines needs unlimited data anymore, and I might switch to another carrier. Trying to figure out if I can give this line and its unlimited data away or resell it.

Anyone with experience on that? Is it possible to change the number and stuff?

Yep you can sell your UDP. Now with the no hard throttling you can get a good price. I'm pretty sure the # goes with the plan.

yes, the number will go with plan. However, once you sell the line and the new owner takes possession of it, the new owner can call AT&T or stop in a local AT&T store and tell them you would like to change the phone number for that specific line. Very simple do to. (I've done it myself before) and the unlimited data will remain attached to the account.
