Possible to transfer SIM from iPad mini 2 to iPad Pro cellular?

I don't know too much about this. Can I take out my AT&T SIM card that I'm currently paying for for my iPad mini 2 cellular and stick it in the iPad Pro? Can I put back my T-Mobile SIM back into the iPad mini 2 for the free cellular service as well?

Technically you are asking about a device that no one has had their hands on....

But with that said, SIM cards are meant to be taken out and moved from device to device. There should be no problem doing what you intend to do.
