Possible to Unlock ATT Via 3rd Party?

Do any of the 3rd Party Unlock services still work? Could I get the 6 or 6+ on contract with ATT (I have a grandfathered data plan), and then have the device successfully unlocked? My only interest in unlocking is for use when traveling--I have family in the UK and need to be able to use the phone there with my UK SIM.
