iPad Possible to update from 7.0.4 to 7.1.2 still?

Hey guys,

Have an Ipad 3, and really do not want to go to 8.4, I am sure it will be slow.

Its currently on 7.0.4, can it be uploaded to 7.1.2 instead of 8.4?
