Possible to use Faces with Windows 7 in the Photo Album?

I know that using Faces is an iPhoto thing on Mac computers, but is there a way to do it on a Windows 7 machine? There's Windows Live Photo that allows you to do something similar for faces, but I don't know if it will sync up with the iPhone and show up in the Photo Library..
