Possible to use mbp isight and cinema display isight simultaneously to create a movie

Hey guys, as the title says, I am wondering if I can use my built in isight in both the macbook and the cinema display in a simple movie I can make in like, quicktime.

the point is to get different vantage points for video and possibly even audio.

anyone know if its possible? thanks
