Possible trackpad issue on new MBP

Are there only certain circumstances where the 3 and 4 finger trackpad movements work? the 2 finger scroll seems to always work but some times the 3 and 4 finger movements (back page, expose' , show all windows, zoom, ECT) just doesnt work when it would work before. Anybody else have this issue?

i have checked time and time again under my settings and everything that needs to be clicked is...:(

It is a bug that's been happening. Sometimes I can 3 finger swipe down but not up....etc. I tried some "fixes" found online but so far nothing is a total fix. Hopefully an update will address it eventually.
 
I have experienced the same issue, you just kind of have to learn to live with it, and when it happens just restart and the issue should go away. Until Apple comes up with a fix for this we are just going to have to live with it unfortunately.
 
I'm having the same issues. I thought that 10.6.2 was supposed to correct the 3/4 finger swipe issues.
