Just looking on the Apple website and looking at new prices of the 2.66 and 2.93 and noticed the price only goes up by £30 with the 2.93 instead of £206 :S

Probably a pricing error. If you want one, you should order it stat.

order it! however the sale is not closed until you receive a final confirmation i think!

You'll get a phone call from an Apple rep saying, "i'm sorry our website seemed to have broken when you made your order, we've put it back to £206.00 and charged your card, we'll give you £40 iTunes credit or a free bag for the inconvenience"

Distance Selling Act?
Sale Of Goods Act?

Worth a shot....but dont hold your hopes up

There's probably an E&OE clause somewhere...

True...although during a previous pricing error (iPod 4G 20GB, originally 299.99, purchase price: 29.99), Apple honored their mistake and shipped my order out as a "one time exception".
