Possibly iPhone 4 bug?

Hey I don't know if there is another post for this or not, but i noticed a bug today on my iPhone 4. Well i was downloading apps and placed a bunch of them in folders and after doing so I looked in the folders and they were empty and then the YouTube icon was gone. I was scared something went wrong so i rebooted it and the result was the same.

I restored it on iTunes and now its fine...but I'm still worried about it.

Anyone know what went wrong?

I forgot to take a screenshot of the empty folders, but took one for the YouTube app.

Dude, its been covered. This effects some people, and they have said to reboot. If that doesn't fix it, then.......wait for 4.1 and hope that does.
