It's stated as part of the current pixel beta, waiting for it to be open again to try it out. I've seen notes that it'll be in One UI 8.5 next year. So as various versions update to the latest version of android in the new year it sounds like it'll come to other OEMs as well.

Icons that are forced to be themed on Pixel QPR2 beta still don't look the same as the developer themed icons. It's better than nothing, but kind of in an uncanny valley area right now.
You can see Microsoft updated some of their icons, but not all.
Yeah it's almost better to just use Icon Pack Studio. It's obviously an extra step but they do it perfect and every app is themed.
I just got the beta update, I actually think they did well with the icons but they've inverted the colors. I hope this is just a mistake that'll be fixed in a future update.
Are there any third party apps that don't automatically change colors or do they finally all change?
Appears to change all but only on the home screen. Not in the app drawer.
That's so weird and so dumb lol. Why not just change it system-wide!
Did everyone get the update on the Google search? Added customization is nice at least today's the first day I noticed it I just got a notification pop up and that was one of the updates.

WIP I love playing around with the Home Screen lol. It's really making me very unproductive with this phone, with iOS I can only do so much, with the ZF7 I'm messing around with it all the time whenever I pick it up. Still not really sure what I want to do with the outer screen.
