Post Factory Reset: can't even pass the registration part

Hi Everyone,

Having some serious issues here. My Macbook, out of no where started freezing a lot so I decided to factory reset it the Mac OS, not my bootcamp so I can still have what I need saved. After the reset, I have tried to register my mac (the registration after the fancy welcome greetings in different languages) but it keeps getting stuck. Can someone please help??

Try using apple + q to skip registration
