i dont think it should be that bad concidering theres 3 phone companys and iphones for all 3, but yea ill be in line in my city soon too : ( wish you all luck
I just drove by my local AT&T store which is on my way home from work. They have a small line of about 30 people.
The phone I ordered via AT&T online arrived this morning via FedEX at just before 10am. It was for my wife, so I'm eager to hear what she thinks of it. Like myself she has had every iPhone.
I passed only because it's still glass and still has the tiny display.
I really like the 4.3" display I had on last years Droid X, and the new SGS II I have now. It's a man's phone.
I am glad I pre ordered. I will be hunting untill noon and my ups driver almost always gets here around 2-3pm . But keep us updated with pics of the lines to see what we are missing.![]()
You are crazy man! It's a phone! How are you going to eat/use the bathroom for the next 14 hours or so?
I'd probably do the same if I had the time.Seriously, though, I have wondered about the logistics of waiting in line overnight, especially in the city, for a launch like this. Does everyone just sleep on a blanket or something and no one disturbs them? Do they take turns going to the bathroom and grabbing grub for everyone?
Hoping the manager moves up my upgrade date, too. If not, whatever.
