Don't Panic!

Google will find lots of material, but try to avoid copy+paste coding. You owe it to yourself (and your team) to understand what you are doing -- and why.

You say that you are a learner: have you made any Apps yet? I would suggest starting by learning about MVC, and building a hello-world -type view which reacts to a button press. This can then be extended to show an image, and subsequently to upload to Facebook...

Good luck :)

Yes i have googled many time but i could not recognize that which one is the correc one.....do u know exact coding for this?....if its so then i will be happy .....

If you are incapable of doing the job you were hired to do tell your boss now and get help from a co-worker, go study more and then come back to the problem.

Otherwise if you think you can work with the API or sharekit these are the top three results from google:
http://getsharekit.com/docs/
http://mobile.tutsplus.com/tutorials/iphone/sharekit/
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/...t-only-to-post-to-facebook-or-only-to-twitter

Or check the FB API http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=facebook+api+examples

Sharekit is simpler though.
