I JB my 3GS (MC) 4.0.1 on O2 last night but after I rebooted some of the apps were not visible on the springboard.

I docked the iPhone and saw that the apps were there but not in the folders I had them in but rather scattered on further back pages. I resorted them back into the folders, resynched but they disappeared again and only after resycning did they appear back scattered across more pages. This includes Cydia and Rock (although they are visible in the last used apps and can be launched from there). If i reboot using SBSettings, they disappear too :( (iTunes 9.2)

Not sure what the issue might be. Any suggestions as to what I might need to do? I am going to manually place all the apps in folders on the iphone and see if that does anything.

There does not seem to be any rhyme or reason as to which apps are not visible (other than they were placed in folders).

Thanks

Bump....as things are disappearing off the bottom quite quickly :)

Seems like I am not the only one that this has happened to

Thanks

Found the problem. SBSetting randomly applied hidden icons to some apps. Now all sorted!!
