For many of them, you can open the image in a new window and the name of the file will contain the name. Not always, but I've found it helpful. Also, Google Image Search (since you can search with an image now) has been helpful. Since I use Chrome, I just right click on it and select "Search with Google Images", and I suspect there are extensions for Firefox and Safari if you use one of those instead.
